If you’re looking to maximize your earnings, our profit-sharing model might be the perfect fit. HousingPanda manages everything, from finding tenants to furnishing your apartment (yes, we furnish the apartments for you!). We share a significant portion of the profits with you, potentially allowing you to earn more than the market rate. While there’s a risk of earning less if the apartment sits empty, our extensive network and marketing efforts work to minimize vacancies.
