Welcome to HousingPanda.com, a medium-term housing rental marketplace platform ("Service") owned and operated by Rent 3, Inc., a Delaware Corporation headquartered in Texas ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). HousingPanda.com provides a platform for users ("Tenants") to find and rent medium-term housing and for property owners ("Hosts") to list properties for rent. Users must register for an account to access certain features of the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HousingPanda, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
